On February 12, 2011 the Kihavah Villas by the renowned Anantara-Group opened in the Baa Atoll. The luxurious tropical island delights with a fascinating underwater world. In just 35 minutes it can be reached by seaplane from Male.

The 78 stylish villas are spread out on land or on stilts on the ocean. The very generous villas offer the highest comfort in a comfortable modern atmosphere with Indian, Moroccan and tropical flair. All are equipped with a walk-in closet, a semi-open bathroom, an open-air-shower, a LCD-TV, a DVD-player, a Bose-Sound System, an iPod-Docking-Station, WLAN-Internet access, an Espresso machine, a minibar and a large patio with private pool.

The villas are built direct on the beach. Large bedroom, open bathroom with separate shower. Veranda with a dining deck and a large private pool.

Similar to the Beach Pool Villas but with closed bathroom (can be opened to face the pool). The sundeck offers a direct access to the sea.

The Two Bedroom Beach Pool Residences are two Beach Pool Villas with an additional large lounge as well as a larger pool and a jacuzzi.
