Nota Bene : the hotel location along the rocky coastline does not allow bathing in the ocean.

For families: The Penguin Kids Club welcomes and cares for children aged 3 to 12, every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Young guests will for example play table tennis or discover typical Balinese dances. They will also enjoy their own shallow wading pool fitted with thrilling water slides. The hotel restaurants also offer children’s menus and highchairs. A baby-sitting service is available upon request.
The Pan Pacific also provides a complimentary shuttle service to Kuta and Ubud as well as evening shows taking place in the hotel amphitheatre.
